The Ten Man Brass Band

In 2010, Paxton gathered a group of former high school bandmates to form the all acoustic Ten Man Brass Band. Inspired by the unconventional music of the Youngblood Brass Band, Ten Man's genres include riot jazz, acoustic multi-phonics, and street brass. In addition to busking all over town, they have performed at the Northwest Folklife Festival, and HONK! Fest West, where their debut was called, “the surprise of the festival.”
