Paxton studied Film & TV Production at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where his thesis film ‘Starry Night’ was awarded the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Production Grant. He focused on directing, editing, and the portrayal of science in media.
Growing up in Seattle, WA, Paxton wrote and directed in the nationally renowned theatre program at Roosevelt High School. In eleventh grade his one act play ‘Making Babies’ was published by Samuel French.
He enjoys film photography, fixing his own stuff, and shirts with wild patterns. Paxton lives in Los Angeles.
